Version history lengths are planned defaults. Older versions count toward your storage.
Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
No. Free storage attracts accounts made only to hold files, so every plan is paid from the start. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Why do the prices I see include VAT?
Visitors from the UK and the EU see prices including their local VAT, as consumer rules there expect. Everyone else sees the price before tax, plus any taxes that apply where you are. What you are actually charged is worked out at checkout from your billing country; businesses can add a VAT number there, and valid EU business customers are usually reverse-charged.
What does the annual plan save?
20% compared with paying monthly. Personal is £12 a month billed annually instead of £15 monthly; Team is £16 per user instead of £20 (before tax).
Is Team storage shared?
Yes. Each seat adds 1 TB to a pool the whole team draws from. Team plans start at 2 seats.
Do old versions count toward my storage?
Yes. Personal keeps 180 days of versions and Team keeps a year; Enterprise sets its own retention. These are the planned defaults.
What if I need more storage?
Add storage in blocks of 500 GB for £10 a month each (before tax), on Personal or Team. Enterprise storage is part of the contract, or you bring your own bucket.
Are there limits for heavy agent use?
Fair-use limits for very high request volumes will be set before launch, once we have measured real agent workloads. Normal use by people and their agents is covered by the plan.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted straight away. The planned timeline is 30 days read-only (you can still download everything), then 30 days locked, then deletion 90 days after the subscription ends, with emails at each step. The full policy will be published at /legal/data-retention.
How is Enterprise priced?
On a custom annual contract based on seats and agents, deployment model, storage, compliance requirements and support level. If you bring your own storage, you pay your storage provider directly and Fyle charges for the platform.
