Fyle for agenciesClient folders your team and its agents share without stepping on each other

Agencies run many clients at once, with copy, design, video and reporting in shared folders. Fyle is a desktop drive where AI agents can draft and prepare files next to your team, and anything that touches approved work goes to the account lead first.

Approved work keeps getting overwritten

A late change to a deck or a set of assets lands on top of the version the client approved, and nobody notices until it has been sent.

Agents make this more likely: they can produce many edits quickly across a client folder, and most drives treat those edits like anyone else’s save.

How Fyle fits

Fyle is in development. This is what exists today and what is planned, marked on every line.

Available now

  • Organisations with roles: owner, admin, billing, member and viewer.Available now
  • Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, which an organisation can require for everyone.Available now
  • Organisation security policies: maximum session age, idle time-out and how often desktop devices must sign in again.Available now

Planned

  • Client folders in Finder and File Explorer, opening in your usual apps.Planned: desktop launch
  • Review rules per client folder, for example /approved/ to the account lead.Planned: review
  • Agents run in their own session; their drafts land as new files and edits to approved work become branches.Planned: agent layer
  • Team plan with shared workspaces and agent activity: which agent changed which files, in which session.Planned: agent layer

An agent at work

The agent drafts subject lines in a new file and proposes changes to the copy deck. The deck is in /approved/, so the change becomes a branch for the account lead.

$ cd ~/Fyle/clients/brightwater/q4-campaign
$ fyle agent claude --task "Draft three subject-line options per email and update the copy deck"

Session ended · 2 changes
  drafts/subject-lines.md new
  approved/copy-deck.docx branched (protected folder)
1 file landed. 1 branch waiting for review by @account-leads.

Client confidentiality

  • Agents only reach the client folders you grant them, with short-lived access (planned).
  • Organisation roles keep billing, settings and membership with the right people; available now.
  • Client files can include personal data, so UK GDPR applies. Fyle plans to publish a data processing agreement and its subprocessors.

Not legal advice. Fyle features mentioned here are planned unless marked available now.

Try Fyle when the drive is ready.
